District Court Announces Adoption of Model ESI Discovery Order
The Judges of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan have approved, on a pilot period basis, the use of a model electronically stored information (ESI) discovery order and Rule 26(f) checklist in appropriate cases. It is within the judicial officer’s discretion whether these materials may be used. To view these materials, please visit www.mied.uscourts.gov.
Proposed Amendments of Rules Published for Public Comment
The Judicial Conference Advisory Committees on Bankruptcy and Civil Rules have proposed amendments to their respective rules and requested that the proposals be circulated to the bench, bar, and public for comment.
